Vinyas Singulars Pim Pam Pink 

The rosado of the wonderfully drinkable Pim Pam range, Ignasi's more accessible, everyday selection. This is 90% white grapes taken from various other brisat-style wines found in the cellar at the point they are pressed, then a splash of Sumoll is added to give the wine its copper-tinged pink appearance. It mixes that fragrant, citrusy style of his white wines with a flash of strawberry fruit. A no-brainer wine of refreshment that will quench thirsts and put smiles on faces.
