Pujadó Soolano Filetes de Boquerón
Boquerones taste great! Not remotely like the dark salty anchovies from tins, these have instead been marinated in vinegar which bleaches the fillet to a creamy colour.
Eat boquerones as they come, tapas-style, or fry a couple as a garnish to an ordinary fillet.
