L’Antica Quercia Colfondo Su Alto 2022

L’Antica Quercia Su Alto Colfondo is a traditional, bottle-fermented Prosecco that shows bright, refreshing aromas of lemon zest, green apple and white peach, lifted by subtle notes of wild herbs and white flowers.

Because it is made colfondo and left on its lees, it carries a gentle savoury depth, with hints of sourdough, almond and soft mineral notes. On the palate it is dry, lightly sparkling and textured, with lively acidity and a delicate, creamy fizz.

It pairs beautifully with seafood, fritto misto, fresh salads, soft cheeses and light antipasti. The estate farms organically, and the wine is vegan-friendly.
