Bright, pepper forward hot sauce built from red pepper and Bird’s Eye fermentation brine. Tangy acidity and a clean, pepper forward finish that lifts dishes without overpowering. Emulsified with Fairtrade Palestinian extra virgin olive oil for a deeper, peppery flavour and smooth finish; one of the few olive oil emulsified hot sauces on the market.
