Espinaler stuffed olives are of the Manzanilla Fina variety and are Extra Grade, the most highly regarded on the market. After a process of category selection and grading of the finest olives (160-200 grade), they are carefully pitted and filled with anchovy. An excellent, firm, and juicy olive that has become the go-to olive for the finest appetizers and celebrations.
