Brussels Ketjep Ketjep
The BK Ketjep recipe is simple: more tomatoes for more taste. There are 50% more fresh tomatoes than other ketchup recipes. This also makes this sauce thicker.
INGREDIENTS
Tomato puree (EU – 210g fresh tomatoes for 100g of ketchup), water, sugar, vinegar, salt, starch, acidity regulator: citric acid, clove.
