Folias de Baco (Uivo) Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2021

A fruit driven and unique olive oil made by Tiago from Folias de Baco, whose wines Modal also imports. This is made with one variety of olives (Galega) from very old trees grown alongside his vineyards. It has a wonderful density, texture, and a fruit core that sets it apart. Super pure.
