Zapato Every Everything 

Every Everything is the culmination of everything we've learnt from our last two Cold IPA brews. An adjuncted grain bill with maize and rice adds body to the beer while retaining dryness, and a cold fermentation with lager yeast accentuates the dry finish and allows the hops to shine - Chinook, Citra, Centennial and Talus provide assertive bitterness and aromatics of pine and grapefruit.
