Chardonnay - Clone 121, 1200kg picked on the 18th October 2022 at 20 Brix & 10.5 TA

Light skin contact in press, wild ferment in stainless steel before ageing and malo in old Burgundy barrels. Settled in steel for two months before bottling August 2023. No filtration.
 
Textural wine, with lovely apricot and white peach flavours that compliment the classic citrus and saline finish.
