Pollen Cider 2014

Pollen 2014 is bone-dry with refreshing acidity and a bold flavour of both green and ripe, burnished apple, rounded out with a richness from nearly 6 years ageing on the lees in bottle. Made in the ‘traditional method’, this cider has had a second fermentation in the bottle as per Champagne but is sold with the sediment that allows it to continue developing in flavour as it ages further.
