Caught off the coast of Pembrokeshire, crab is full of juicy meat with the finest flavour. Cary Mor source their brown crab from 5 local fishermen, using small day boats here in Pembrokeshire.
 
Serve in salads, with bread or stirred through some nice pasta with your favourite herbs and spices.
 
Please let the crab thaw fully before consumption and do not re-freeze.
