Les Équilibristes Seres

This fascinating, certified organic orange wine hails from the Languedoc in France and is comprised of 90% Terret, 2% Grenache Blanc, 2% Grenache Gris, 2% Vermentino, 2% Roussanne and 2% Viognier. Macerated separately by variety on the skins for one to two and half weeks, the wine was then blended and underwent a second infusion on the best selection of skins. This two-part maceration process yields a full-bodied wine with great intensity that shows spicy notes of nutmeg, cinnamon and clove along with floral mandarin orange and apricot flavors.
