Les Équilibristes Borboyon 2021

Borboyon, which is made from old vines of majority Jacquere (50% direct press and 50% on 2 week skin contact) and a tiny splash of Altesse, both rare local varieties. 

Delicate and and at the same time expressive and generous, a real terroir wine evoking notes of granny smith, mangoes, pears and a touch of tropical fruit. We recommend serving chilled and opening some 10 minutes before serving. excellent with roasted poultry dishes.
