Fresh Flour Company Ramen Noodles


Our Ramen Noodles are made with only Devon water and a majority mix of Mulika and Olands flours, plus a small amount of Kansui – the essential traditional Japanese ingredient for Ramen Noodles.

The result is a medium - dark noodle with a warm, wheaty and slightly nutty flavour.

Cook gently and with passion for 1 to 2 mins. Take off the heat when the middle of the noodle has bite, plate up and they will cook a little more. Great in stir fries, or any Ramen dish.


Cook for 5-6 minutes.
