Direct-pressed Grillo and macerated Catarratto finds its way into the wine, as well as a flash of colour from a dose of Nero d'Avola and Merlot. This fruity, fun and delicious wine has unmistakable notes of salty red cherries, some great texture from the skin-contact elements and it just goes down so so easily. Sicilian sunshine from start to finish.
