Ethical Butcher's minced pork is coarse ground and made from a combination of leg, shoulder and offcuts, creating a meaty, relatively fat and flavoursome blend. Pork mince is incredibly tasty and versatile, perfect for cooking recipes across a variety of cuisines, from Mediterranean meatballs and ragu, to Asian larb.
 
The Ethical Butcher source their pork as carefully as they source all of their meats, in that they find animals that have had a natural life where possible also performing vital land management roles such as forest clearing. The terms ‘free range’ and ‘outdoor reared’ do not have clear legal definitions and do not necessarily meet thier requirements. They visit every farm they source from to ensure that the highest possible standards of welfare are used throughout the entire life of the animal.
