Empirical Spirits CAN 01 (Milk Oolong Tea) 

Canned cocktail from Copenhagen based Empirical Spirits, led by Lars Williams and Mark Emil Hermansen (Ex Noma/Nordic Food Lab)

This lightly carbonated drink leads with the juicy green acidity of gooseberry coupled with the smooth, floral notes of milk oolong tea. CAN 01 is for easy drinking on easy days.

Based on a spirit made from beet molasses, Belgian Saison yeast, and the following ingredients:
- Milk Oolong Cold Brewed Tea
- Toasted Birch Tea
- Gooseberry Spirit
- Cold Infused Gooseberry Juice
- Douglas Fir Spirit
- Pomelo Zest Spirit

ABV: 10%

This isn’t a complex cocktail you need to shake, pour over ice and garnish with a twist: it’s a drinkable experience that you can crack open anytime and anywhere.
