Boon Marriage Parfait Belgian Lambiek

Boon Marriage Parfait is a medium bodied and intense, malty oaky-tart, lambiek oude geuze. A medium-bodied and intense gueze with hints of malt and wheat, as well as cider and oak. More sour than the traditional gueze because it is made with more old lambic, which has a more vinous and acidic character that cuts through the deep sweet flavour.
